The Remembrance of Things Past Book Club

Book discussion: Unquiet Mind by Kay Redfield. Unquiet Mind examines manic-depression from the dual perspective of the healer and the healed. New club members are welcome. Many people struggle with how to interact with family members or friends who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of memory loss. Come on February 20th for an author reading, discussion and signing of her new book Let’s Look Together: An Interactive Picture Book for People with Alzheimer’s and Other Forms of Memory Loss. Ziegler’s book includes images, pictures with bright colors, and phrases to engage those with memory loss.

Our storytelling circle continues to grow in number of participants and richness of story. The circle membership includes experienced storytellers and those new to the craft… and sometimes it’s the new tellers that bring the real excitement!
